Job Title: Business Analyst - TSYS Location: Canada Position Type: Fulltime/Contract Travel required: 100%  Job Description: The successful candidate should be very well versed in Business Analysis skills. Need someone how can help understanding the requirements & configuring the TSYS System. Roles and Responsibilities: Duties will include  · Defining business solutions to client problems, analyzing business processes, and defining functional requirements · Communication with users to gather requirements and analyze/address issues · Interact with other technology groups as needed · Provide in-depth product knowledge and subject matter expertise · Support in determining business impact of issues Relating to the upgrade · Analyze testing results from a business perspective · Trouble shoot and support issue resolution · Support in integrating new release functionality · Understand the detailed requirements of Total Systems - TSYS Options Custodian systems upgrade plan · Trouble shooting of technology related issues · Manage technology issues and escalate with appropriate resources · Assist in the identification of solutions requiring additional Development support Required skills and experience:  · Has worked as a Total Systems - TSYS Options Custodian, understands implications of options settings / changes and can guide business on configuring TSYS to meet business / product requirements · Review the requirement definition / functional definition document prepared by TSYS and help business users evaluate if their requirements have been correctly reflected in the RDD / FDD. · Review the estimation effort submitted by TSYS and help the business through the negotiation / prioritization process · Help develop a training plan / curriculum & content with the training team so as to fast track business users learning of the TS/2 application and screen navigation Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT Related  Thanks Milan Parekh Technical Recruiter www.simtekpro.com milan@simtekpro.com Desk: 215-579-6199 Desk: 215-550-3260
